Experience your energy field

 

 

Try this simple exercise to experience your energy field. This is a common exercise to help people become aware that they don't stop at the edge of their skin :)

Rub your palms together a few times. You should feel a little friction heat.

Put your palms facing each other. Separate them so they are a half an inch apart. You should start feeling energy between your hands.

When you start feeling a sensation try separating your hands a little further. Keep separating them until they are two inches apart. You should still feel some energy between them. Bring the a little closer, then back out. Try gentle bouncing movements.

Separate your hands slowly to 6-8 inches apart. Try the bouncing motion again.

See how far you can get your hands apart and still feel the energy.

Try bringing your hands near your face. Slowly put your head in the space between your hands.
